1. Acceptance

By using Riad Darija ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Riad Darija is a vocabulary learning app for Moroccan Arabic (Darija). Level 1 (250 words) is free. Additional levels require a paid subscription.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must provide a valid email address to create an account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Lifetime subscriptions are a one-time purchase. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 14 days of purchase.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the app or its content. You may not use the app in any way that violates applicable law.

6. Intellectual Property

The app, its design, and its vocabulary content are owned by Riad Darija. Vocabulary sources are credited in the app. You may not reproduce or redistribute content without permission.

7. Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is." We make no guarantee of uninterrupted access or that the content is error-free. Language learning outcomes depend on your own effort and practice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Riad Darija is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
